new to fantasy baseball trade help

Hey guys, this is my first year playing fantasy and I'm fretting about a trade. I just turned down a guy when he offered me a terrible trade (scrubs for CarGo and Kershaw) and now I'm thinking of countering with
me: Nick Swisher (NYY), Kershaw, and Chris Perez (CLE RP)
him: Roy Halladay, Brandon League (SEA RP), Jay Bruce (CIN OF)
Is that a good trade for me? I always try to be fair in trades so I don't think it's one-sided but I'm interested to see what you guys think of it.
ETA: It's a weekly matchup league with R, HR, RBI, SB, avg%, and OPS% on the hitting side. Pitching side is K, QS, W, SV, ERA, WHIP

I think that's a good trade for you... slightly less so if it's a keeper league because Kershaw is the best keeper of the bunch.
In a single-season league, I'd do it... I think all three guys you're getting are slightly better.

It's keeper but we only get one, which I may use on Gonzales.
