This may not be relevant to the Saints..but who is the Pimp sitting between the Texans and Steelers representing? Am I forgetting about a team that uses a Pimp looking mascot as the face of their franchise?

The bucs image does make sense but that is a terrible rendering of the old Bucs logo

Not really. It seemed kind of obvious to me. Those characterizations clearly aren't meant to look very similar to the actual logos.
