How does the suspension by the NFL amount to governmental interference with a protected right?

It's a sad day when Sean Payton's lawyer has to cruise tigerdroppings for legal advice.

What the frick does his job have to do with the constitution? If I work at an elementary school, can I sue if they fire me for wearing a shirt that says "I fricked Santa Claus with the Easter Bunny's Dick until he Died"?

PS : Actually, now I'm in the process of having that shirt made as we speak.
