Bulls, by a nice margin.

Roseless Bulls for simply one reason. Tom Thibodeau >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Mike Brown as a coach.

According to record, Roseless Bulls are BETTER than Lakers WITH Kobe

It's close, but I gotta go with the Roseless Bulls. Just too many playmakers on that team even with D-Rose out. Kobe being out increases the looks for the lesser lakers, but I don't think Metta World Peace, Matt Barnes, and Sessions can produce at the same rate as Deng, Boozer, and Co.

Also, the Bulls bench would absolutely kill the Lakers bench.

Thibs is better but they aren't that different, they're coaches who emphasize defense and maximize average talent but are pretty much clueless when it comes to offense.

Bulls for sure. Lakers don't have the depth to lose kobe long term and keep winning like the bulls

this ultimately decides it for me.

Bynum is playing out of his mind lately and Barnes has picked things up as well, but I don't trust Metta World Peace to play consistent.

Not to mention at this point I feel like a few of the players(Bynum, Metta) are trying to play up this whole "Coach Kobe" thing to drive a wedge between the team and Mike Brown. Only a matter of time before things get ugly.

The team is so deep, and so good. Their defense is insane. Their 2nd unit is top notch.

Rose has actually missed more minutes this season than he's played, and while the offense suffers at a higher rate when he's out, the Bulls defense gets better, much better when he is off the court.

prime example of this, yesterday against Mavs.

Lakers get the rebound with 15 seconds left in a tied game at the end of the 4th quarter. Ball goes out to Sessions. Sessions looks to Mike Brown for the timeout. They have 2 left in regulation. Mike Brown just waves him down the court to push it.....

There's 15 seconds left. Call a timeout, run a set play to Bynum or Gasol. If they're doubled have them kick out to Artest, Sessions, or Barnes.

What do end up getting? A airball by sessions on a fade away 15 foot jump shot to end regulation.

Defensively yea. Offensively he is shooting 38% without Kobe.

ETA: I'll eat my words, posted before reading the thread and they've been refreshingly honest.

UnknownKnight would actually be the last poster on this board to pick the Lakers. That would devalue Kobe.
