Just started it watching it this past weekend. Totally hooked now, I'm midway through season 2.

Is Jesse getting pummeled a few times each season just a running gag? It never gets old!!!

The running gag is Walt Jr constantly waiting for breakfast.

I heard the seasons on Netflix were edited? Is this true and should I avoid the streaming versions?

They didn't seem edited when I watched them on Netflix. Several f bombs and other language wasn't bleeped.

There are no F-bombs in Breaking Bad. AMC is basic cable.

I had heard they were somewhat clipped. May have been misinformed. Thanks

I watched seasons 2 and 3 in one 36 hour period this winter.

I can't wait until the fourth season comes out on DVD. I know I can watch them online now but I don't like watching movies and TV on my computer.

There are a few bleeped out ones. I fricked Ted for example.

So then the edit would actually be to remove the bleeps.

I can't stand the kleptomaniac sister in law, she has no redeeming quality.

Exactly. I turned it on and was surprised at it since it was a cable show.

I've tried starting BB twice. I make it 3 episodes and can't get any farther. Moves too slow for a guy who doesn't have long to live but sells meth.

I've heard complaints about breaking bad but moving too slow was never one of them

It is quite easily miles beyond any show on TV right now. The only current show with the potential to match it is Game Of Thrones

I couldn't watch after 3 episodes he had made meth spent a whole episode talking to a guy who he killed and still had no plans to cook anymore. I stopped right there.
