I'll be going to a couple games this week.
How strict are the ushers? Is is easy to move down to the lower sections?

I'll be up there for the Braves games tues and wed. Where is the best place to sit at minute maid? Money doesn't matter. Was looking at section 116 just on the 3rd base side of home. Worth the $60?

Pretty easy, especially given that today there was an announced 14,00ish at the game..

Just by the looks I got on TV today, attendance is terrible. You should be able to move around just fine.

Buy the cheapest ticket, probably outfield grandstand or upper deck, from the box office then before the game move down and sit somewhere on the lower level between the dugouts. It's easy to move around at Minute Maid with the laid back ushers and small crowds.
