Haven't eaten there, but as far as Atlanta BBQ joints, it starts and ends with Fox Bros.
ETA: Where exactly in Norcross is JR's? I have a Dreamland's by my work and think it's pretty bland.

I live in Duluth, so I'll just tell you how I get there. Buford HWY to Jimmy Carter, take a right. When you get to Peachtree Industrial, take a left under the overpass. Take the service road ~1/3 of a mile and it's on your right.
Unlimited ribs and sides for 13.50.
Do it.
