Dragic is great I'm shocked that he's not considered a bigger prize league-wide. Maybe his defense is a liability as far as a potential starter would go?

Heck. Hugh isn't fit to carry Loomis' jock.

I tried to hype Dragic up when we were supposed to get him. Love that dude.

Dragic? Illyasova? Batum? Lots of underrated young vets that could upgrade a position or two.

If we are going to engage in far fetched, but not impossible best case off season scenarios, here's mine:

Land Davis in the draft. Draft Marshall with Minnesota pick. Sign restricted FA Ryan Anderson (18 and 8 with 40% from 3 per 36) to a max deal. Resign Gordon. Amnesty Okafor. Offer Hasik 3 years, $6-7 million to be backup center. Jack is the 3rd guard he was born to play.

Marshall/Jack
EG/Jack/Henry
Ariza/Aminu
Anderson/Ayon/Smith
Davis/Hasik/Smith

:inb4Daviscantplaythe5:

If Monty lets them run, that team would be a hell of a lot of fun to watch.

And they are all fixing to get paid.

Davis can totally play the 5 - especially if we get a banger as a 4.

He's going to be a great defensive 5 and when he adds bulk he'll be a fine offensive 5.

Nice lineup, corndeaux. Davis can play the "5". I put it in quotes because, like we were discussing the other day, positions don't mean the same as they used to.

The baffling thing is people watched how Davis completely controlled the post game...and they want him to come into the NBA and be a wing? What nonsense is that? Why take such length and athleticism and skill further away from the basket?

100% agree with both of yall. Davis will be an anchor for whomever is lucky enough to draft him. Once he adds 20-30lbs, he will be able to bang with anyone down low. Old KG is a "5" now, Davis can be a "5" too.
