Best recipe for boiling crawfish?

Curious to how many different versions we get.

I would boil them in water. That's just me though.

Put them in a pot and bring to a boil for 22 minutes. Put them in an ice chest and dump a few boxes of Tony's on them. Ta-Da!

ETA: I almost forgot the most important part. Before you boil them kill them with salt water to "purge" them.
