The Almost Dream Draft: 1st and 3rd pick scenario.

Let's say we get 1 and 3

Do you go AD and TRob? BPA is almost always best in thr NBA.

MKG was picked 2nd.

Both play the 4 and neither can play the 5 so I don't know if that would be good.

I disagree actually. The more I watch AD the more I think he will be a C one day. He definitely is developing a frame to put on some muscle, and is still growing.

If you think you're getting the best players, you do it most of the time.

I'm assuming MKG is gone.

Yeah take both of them.

NBA teams just about always go BPA. Just check last year's draft

It doesn't look like his frame can put on 30+ lbs which is what he would need to be a center

Dwight Howard was only about 15lbs heavier than him at draft time. AD has huge shoulders and is still growing.

I think now he appears to be a PF, but I can't discount the C possibility.

i seriously doubt this

If we got AD, would it be that bad to roll the dice on Drummond? If both were to pan out our front court would be

It's possible, but if you look at his frame, he's going to put on more weight, for sure. Will it be enough to be a C? I don't know, but I think it's possible.

AD is allegedly 225 now from what I've heard (listed at 220), Howard was 240 at Draft weigh ins (he carried much less weight in HS, put on a lot for the draft).

Why risk a lottery pick on someone that isn't a dominant force in college, just for his potential? I wouldnt take Drummond unless he was available at 7-8+

1st pick - Davis

3rd pick - Select MKG or Beal and trade for Rondo or Jennings and Ilyasova

i just can't believe camby is like 10 lbs more than davis. i'm assuming davis is 210-215

he was 6-10 (without shoes) and 234 at the combine (so probably 220 in this pic)

his potential is fricking amazing and worth a gamble. if we have a pick in the 6-8 range and he's there, we have to take him
