Everyone has that one play that lingers and pisses you off. Post yours here.

I don't feel going to find it but Cam Newton's long run in 2010.

Les holding up a #1 as he ran off the field at halftime in 05 Tennessee game. Friend turned and said, "You might want to win the game first".

A few passes Jamie Howard threw against auburn. The last one probably made me the most angry.

I'd have to say the forward shovel pass interception in the NC will stick with me a long, long, long time.

For me, it isn't one specific play. It was one drive. One offensive drive that could have made LSU SEC champs in 2010. One drive.

Here was the scenario. LSU versus Auburn in 2010; both teams undefeated 4th quarter with 7 1/2 minutes left; the score is tied; Auburn is forced to punt, and we get pretty good field position around our 35 yard line.

One drive. Consume the clock, and end the game without Newton getting another chance. And although our 2010 offense was nothing special, it's not like Auburn had some awesome defense that year.

One drive, and it is LSU that is SEC champs. the loss to Arkansas wouldn't matter, because that would now have been our only loss for the season - and we would hold the tie-breaker over Auburn.

One drive. But instead, Nick Fairley turned into Superman for one series (after guys had held him in check for the entire game) - and we went 3-and-out. Their tailback then races to a 75 yard touchdown, and the game was over.

That is what will stick with me for another decade or so.

This is my pick as well.

However, I don't blame Howard. I blame the coaching staff for calling pass plays after so many interceptions that day (6 total, 3 pick-sixes). LSU's defense was more than able to hold Auburn's attack that day. LSU had a 3 touchdown lead. Auburn had only one first down.

USC v. LSU 1979 - I was there, and it's the most consistently loud I have ever heard Tiger Stadium. The right side of the USC line jumped about half a count early, but no flag on 4th down. Instead LSU is flagged for a facemask. USC then drove for the winning score. Disappointing to say the least.

LSU vs Auburn 06

This Auburn game will always be a sore spot for me.
LSU was literally abused by the refs in this game.

Right. Because but for that play, we would have won. Geesh, some "fans." Honestly don't comprehend how this dumb play could in any way compare to the Auburn pass interference play.
