I'm looking for a decent bar and grill in Monroe. I just need to chill out this evening with a couple of drinks. Any suggestions?

My GF works there, and I'll probably be there tonight. Plus at 7:30 it's 2for1 draft

Enochs is not all that it's cracked up to be imo. Too small and WAAY too smokey! You step inside for 5 minutes and you can't breathe, unless you're a smoker.

He just said a couple of drinks. I doubt he's looking to get too wild.

Probably true as well. I just prefer enoch's to portico. I find portico kinda boring the few times I've gone when I've been home.

That said it's not like either are world-beaters are anything. Just preference.

The only answer if you don't like that "crammed in a midget car" feeling.

Cotton or The Warehouse on the river to chill out with drinks and good food.

If looking for women, then try the suggestions listed by others.
