live crawfish - best prices?

The best I've found so far in BR is $2.00 a pound for mediums.

In laffy we saw $100 sacks for larges last weekend. Not sure what mediums were.
When in BR i have a guy i meet on the plaquemine ferry. He gets me $40 sacks of medium.

That's pretty damn good at $40 a sack. I'm guessing this is a special friend price and not for just anybody?

We got a sack from cazan catering this past week and the Crawfish were mostly large size and barely any dead ones. It was 2.49 a pOund but in his recent email it says that this week will be 2.25.
