When the real NFL powers that be (owners) just might stand up and tell Roger frickdell that he might of gone to far with his crusade to be the almighty power in the NFL.

Granted punishment was needed but the punishment does not fit the crime. I can see somewhere down the road where we might see penalties for varies people cut in half or up to two-thirds.

Just a thought.

I don't see anyone competing in the NFC being upset that the Saints have been significantly
weakened.

Only chance would be NFL owners having their hearts melted by:
"First they came for the Saints and I said nothing, for I was not a Saint. . . ."

If I was Tom Benson, I'd be on the phone with every owner trying to get two things:

1. Roger Goodall fired.
2. Rules put in place that have known penalties. The Commissioner enforces known rules, doesn't make them up. If something new comes up, the owners vote on it and create rules and punishments.

He should be able to get a good bit of owners on board with all of the BS rulings that Goodall has placed down lately.

Roger Goodell would never allow either of those.
