I'm not too familiar with the area and need something a little quicker than Andrea's'/Drago's/Peppermill. Any suggestions?

Maybe I'm more familiar with area than I realized.

This is the only place listed so far that I haven't been to, so I may give it a try. If not, I've always had great meals at Equator.

I've never been yet. Think it's only a week or two old.

Thanks for the recommendations. I was trying to find a new place that I hadn't tried yet around there, but the people I was with wanted the usual... Equator. I had the Tom Yum and Green Curry Chicken, both great as always. I'll have to try Chef Ron's next time.

Come on man, have you ever been to these two places? Captain Sids is a takeout boiled seafood place that smells.

Livebait is kind of a joke of a place if you ask me.

I do like your recommendation of Martin Wine Cellar.

I would also add that the OP could run to Crazy Johnnys and get the filet sandwhich with the crazy potatos.

Sometimes I think he just list places for the sake of listing places.

The one time I walked into the place, we were seated and didn't see a waitress for 20 minutes so we got up and left. I don't think I'll be giving it another try considering R&O's, Deanie's, and N.O. Food and Spirits are all right there.
