Female Kicker for LSU?

Mo Isom, from the soccer team, is currently working out with our football team. She is slated to "try out" for kickoffs. Does Les, add a female kicker to the 2012 squad? 1, 2, 3, geaux

If she can kick it out of the back of the endzone then I can see him adding her. I don't think he'll add her, taking up space on the team, for something that our other kickers can already do.

With moving kickoffs up, her ball placement capabilities will probably end up giving her a huge advantage.

Alleman has field goals locked up
Hairston can capably handle kickoffs especially with new rule change
Isom will probably be a spring novelty and good for the spring game attendance but she only has one year to play and could be a backup on the team costing no schollie but taking a walk on spot from someone else - I guess it would depend on need of other positions. He might do it just for that but she will have to earn it.

She won't take up any room. They're not giving her a scholarship and the kickers don't practice with the team most of the time anyway. I could see Les keeping her, but she won't play.

there is no way i would want Mo doing kickoffs. no problem with extra points or FG's, but not kickoffs.
