If there is a potential Iowa-esque insurgent in this conference, it may be LSU. The Tigers have won their last four, including victories over Alabama and Mississippi State, and while their resume fundamentals aren't quite strong enough to get on the page just yet (although that win over Marquette is holding up quite nicely, eh?), a win at Ole Miss this weekend would likely change that.

Getting close! CBS Sportsline had LSU as one of the 5 or so teams with work left to do. Better than nothing I guess.

WVU just choked away a game to Marquette. Very good outcome for LSU.

Everything going our way this week (Texas, State, WVU losing). Cept Bama @ Arky last night.

Boys come out focused tomorrow in Oxford & win by 10.

They aren't bubble for the NIT anymore but the NCAA tourney is still a longshot.

Hardly a longshot IMO. Things are really taking shape. We have to do our part and win out of course. We'll see what things look like when conference tourney rolls around.

I'm here. Don't worry. I still don't think they get into the big dance unless they can beat UF, Vandy, or UK. If they win out the rest of their game in the reg season, I do believe they have a good chance for NIT tho.
