does anyone know how Mestizo's makes theirs? Awesome stuff. Have yall ever bought queso fresco? I wonder if its the same stuff you can get at mestizo's. I know walmart carries it. What say yall? Thanks.

I don't know how they do it, but I remember their queso being very addictive.

This is a salty, white, crumbly cheese. All I know is once you try it on tacos you will never go back to the shredded cheddar/mozzarella.
