We've already established it's under regulation in terms of size. I've had it for 4 years. Can you help out a long-time TD member? Hillary and Bono would both vote "yes" if they were here.

No only certain people can have animated avatars. Like Will Cover, Prominentwon, NCtigah, and the like. Everyone else must follow the rules.

I tried to slip one into my current avatar, and it was removed by admins.
The problem is, admins aren't all on the same page. Some realize how cool you are, and some do not.
Notes should be compared.
