Does LSU hire a TE coach and get rid of Ensminger? do we get an O-line coach that isn't our O-coordinator? Or get nobody new? Probably germans but IDGAF

There are no indications that ensminger is going anywhere.

This. However, I hope Miles pulls one and gets a recruiter on staff.

I was hoping they would make room for Wilkerson in some fashion to be the oline coach. That's who I want recruiting oline players for LSU.

Do you have first-hand knowledge that Wilkerson is a good recruiter, or are you just spitballin'?

Unfortunately this.

He needs to go somewhere else. He has been mailing it in and just cashing checks for a while now. The only thing he breaks down is his 401K.

Please hire a young, energetic, and hungry guy with ambition.

Don't think he's going anywhere. From what has been said on some boards, Ensminger is the guy who breaks down film and is a good X's & O's guy.

I would think that it may be a little overkill since our head coach and offensive coordinator are both offensive line coaches. Same as this past year.

My dream scenario has Ensminger moving to an administrative post, Henry becoming WR/TE coach, and a new OL coach being brought in with a strong recruiting background either in Florida or piling it on in Texas...

Please, just stop it.

How about Adrian Klemm? First year offensive line coach for UCLA. Was SMUs main recruiter before that. Recruits out of Louisiana, Texas and California. Also has a commitment from Eddie Printz a QB for 2013 out of Georgia.

Why? Nothing he said was that bad...

Henry has coached both TE/WRs...

It would make sense putting ole Steve on admin duty and getting someone to work with the OL since Stud is in the box. Also another recruiter. I don't think anybody can argue Steve is anything more than useless in recruiting. I suspect they'd have admin opportunity for him to still be apart of the gameplan/evaluations if he really is good with that type of thing...

So are a million other guys. We need someone to pull who can also contribute recruiting wise.

Let's just say that a WR/TE coach is rare.

I'm just repeating what has been said as the main reason he stays.

Also, he is the recruiter who brought in T.K. Flemming, David Jenkins and John Thomas. He had Davis on board until last night. (as of now, that's only one guy on campus but 3 commits and 1 decommit at the last moment) I'm not saying he can't be upgraded, but he's brought in the same number of players as Stud the last two years and that's probably enough for Miles to keep him around.
