Smoked chicken...

My wife left the entire platter of smoked chicken on the counter over night. Good or pitch it? frick.

Personally, I'd use some stale bread, brown lettuce, suspect mayo, rotten tomatoes, and make some not so delicious smoked chicken sandwiches with the tainted chicken.
If my girlfriend did something that stupid, she'd accidentally fall down the stairs a couple of times.

it's still good if it was smoked. unless you keep your house at 100 degrees.

Cooked chicken should not be left out more than 2 hours.

Ive left chicken out for a long time after many a barbecue and never had any problems.
Ive left popeyes out over night several times and ate it for breakfast.
In fact i dont think ive ever not left chicken out at least 2 hours.
