there is always multiple reasons. it's never as simple, well, they lost that game, that's it. no one will come.

i think this could be a part, geographics is a large part and the amount of talent in the state vs years past. Other programs stepping up their game and recruiting. Maybe the game played a minor part but not THE PART.

This. We probably spent more time last year making sure we secured Freak, La'El Collins, J. Collins, Jermauria Rasco, Jarvis Landry, Zach Mettenberger, OBJ and Micky Johnson and didn't get as much contact with this years Srs. Maybe our OC got sick and our coaches were scrambling to work out their new responsibilities and couldn't make as many visits or calls. Maybe Gonzo didn't help us as he left. Maybe it's a lot of things.


And everyone shouldn't be so glum this year. Yes, we lost some big recruits, but this class has a lot of talent. A lot of SEC teams would love to have Danielle Hunter, Travin Dural, Derek Edinburgh, Fiest, V. Alexander, Avery Johnson, Lorenzo Phillips, Lamar Lewis and Dwayne Thomas.
