2nd season was okay, but I think 3rd season is going to be epic.
i was thinking after I finish my school in a couple of week, I should look at all of FMA or just look at Tenchi except GXP

Another one of my all time favorites. It only gets better as you watch more since it has so many references and wordplay.
Did you watch anything past the first season? There's three seasons and 2 OVAs (5 episodes in total).

I believe I got to the 1st OVA after the 3rd season, which was '09-'10 I think? "Zan: Sayonara, Zetsubou-Sensei Bangaichi", with the other OVAs coming out after I had moved on to other things.
That's another reason, I haven't finished it to this point, only to what was available to then...

Bangaichi is the last of them all. It has 2 episodes.
Goku SZS, 3 episode OVA, is in-between S2 and S3.

Wiki list it with 3, which looks like it includes the OVA from last year.
I haven't seen the 2nd or the one from 2012...

Heres some tips if anyone starts with the big 3( naruto,bleach,OP)
Naruto: EPs 1-135 of part one are canon(reps 136-220 are filler)
Shippudens filler arcs are 55-72,90-112,176-196,223-242,there are some later but they're no more than a few eps.
Bleach fillers are 65-109,166-189,228-270(this is a really good arc though) 312-340
OP doesn't really have fillers but I started at ep 90 where the first major arc starts
Major Arcs to be wary of:
Alabasta arc 91-130
Skypiea Arc 155-190?
Water 7(best arc IMO) 225-330
Thriller Bark 335-384
Sababody Arc 385-405
Amazon Lily 408-421
Impel down arc 422-452
Marine Ford 457-489
Post war arc til 517
New world 517-

Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei (S1) -> Zoku Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei (S2) -> Goku SZS (OVA) -> Zan SZS (S3) -> Zan SZS Bangaichi (OVA)

I don't know your preference on sub vs dub, but I implore you to not watch the dub of Steins;Gate.

Worst dub I think I've ever seen was the Guin Saga one on Netflix. I only watched it that way because there was no other choice though.

Most dubs are awful, there's that disconnect between the dialogue and character because it wasn't meant for it. Sometimes they even mess with the animation to fit it in, like original dubbed Naruto episodes.
If it's a big name company or project, it's not bad, but as given above, it doesn't exclude them from mistakes.

There is only one show that I can think of that watching it dubbed is a must and that is Baccano!
The dub is damn near perfection and, IMO, lightyears better than the original voice cast.
I'd also say that Black Lagoon and Hellsing Ultimate might be in that category as well.

The only dub I've watched recently is FMA:B because that's how I started it.
