After looking over my roster for fantasy basketball I concluded the team is shite. It's basically Russell Westbrook and a bunch of scrubs. Which answers the question "Why am I in dead last?"

Curious about pro sports teams others perceive as someone who was the face of the franchise, but may not have been a true superstar.

I follow hockey the most so I would have said back about 5 years ago, Mike Modano was the face of the franchise, but no longer considered a superstar. Others?

Love is a superstar, unless you only count the top 5 players as superstars. There are at least 20 players that fit this criteria in the NBA- Iguodala, Gallinari, Nash, Bogut, Gay, Wall, etc.

Until Cuban used the amnesty provision to get rid of him and his $52 million contract, Micheal Finley was introduced last at Mavericks games.

Dirk and Nash had become better players but Finley was still treated as the franchise guy.
