A current commitment is what you mean? No one. According to the Bama fans on the SEC board they are only taking 5* prospects. We only have 1 and he is about to enroll. Seriously though no one unless it's flying deep under the radar. Nothing does that anymore. Even the supposedly secret Kenny Bell stuff had smoke prior.

I just saw this somewhere and I was wondering who it could be.

Last I heard he canceled his visit to Bama and was all LSU.

It was supposed to be between LSU and Texas and he decided to stick with LSU.

I have seen no mention about any LSU player decommitting and coming to UA. So unless someone has a link I doubt there is even smoke.
Regarding T Davis he did schedule a visit for this weekend right after the Nov 5th game when he came on an UOV, but as someone else stated he canceled it that visit.
In regards to UA we may take 3 more based on who may commit. May not take anymore at this point. We have room for 1 or 2 depending on what site you read because of the new midyear exemption and we have 2 that look not to sign because of grades. So we could sign another 3 or 4.

I know the numbers will work out in the end but this is getting ridiculous. This is the reason why the higher-ups are thinking of reducing scholarships further down to 80/year. That's drawing a lot of unwanted attention not only to Bama but to the rest of the SEC.

Can you at least provide a link or say what or where you heard any of this?

???
How is this going to remedy oversigning and/or the numbers game? It would be the same situation...just a different number.

Alabama is over the limit, now. how can they keep taking commits?

they have open spots for early enrollees because they only took like 21 guys last year.
LSUs class from last year is filled up, so we cant back count any to last year like bama can.

I'm so happy that this is the final year of the backcounting so we can stop going over this again and again. Of course the new version will still have people asking the same questions over and over.
