I'm cooking for about 10 people tonight for the game, but I don't know what yet. Wanting to cook something that should take about 3-4 hours so I can drink multiple beers before the game. Only problem is that I'm sick of jambalaya, pastalaya, drunken chicken, and ribs.

Suggestions?

Maybe a chili or smother down some chicken (my favorite is rabbit if you got them) with sausage and make a big gravy.

No one is allowed in our house on LSU game day. No phone calls. Gate is locked. Lucy goes nuts if the dog barks during a play.

I'm cooking a mix of ground sausage and ground beef meat balls with onion, garlic and red pepper. Sauce will be Monjuni's.

Pasta will be whole wheat vermicelli. Side will be French Bread and butter.

I looked at a piece of paper that I have to follow for the next 36 hours. I can look forward to water for the day.

Time to go start the cancer rule out diet, film at 11.

Make sure it's ice cold water, Cit. Good luck and God Bless.

when you live in louisiana, you dont serve chili for a football game. lets let the 49ers fans do that over there. we have much better recipes down here.
