I usually hit up suckers, but I don't think they're open on sundays. Any recommendations for good ribs and brisket on a sunday in BR?

This sounds like a trick question. There is no good BBQ in BR.

Not Podnuhs and Not Vodoo and def.not high priced Couyons. THe best BBQ in BR is made by peoples family and friends. Although the Ribs at TExas roadhouse are truly a treat. I say go with Texas Roadhouse the cinnamon butter is worth it alone.

Fred, I live in Baton Rouge and I have to say that you are right! I'm not excited about any of the BBQ here. The Baby Back ribs at TJ Ribs are good, but I don't like the rest of their stuff. Deep South BBQ in north B. R. is pretty good. Everything else I've had is mediocre.

Is Pimanyoli's open? Doubt it but it's a decent as it gets in BR. Pretty good tamales too.

Drive 20 minutes out of BR and go to Wayne's. Right off the Livingston exit.
