He fell in love with Bama at their summer camps his junior year. He has talked up Bama plenty since then. It's her following him.

Louisiana recruits out of state have a bad track record in the last 10 years.

I thought his Mom's reaction was disgusting, then I clicked on this thread.
One player will never make a class, never make a Program. But when a kid maked a decision like this, going from child to adult, family support should be a given.

Nailed it, I was shocked with the way his mom reacted. I could understand if she got upset with him at home but on national tv that was awful.

With me being a homer, that's exactly how I seen it. The video that shows him committing on the ESPN website was recorded Tuesday. I think his mom knew but wanted to support LSU so she wouldn't have to fear for her life.

I think he handled things the best way you can, if you choose to leave your home state. No one really knew which way he was leaning, until he chose. Any message board fodder, to the contrary, was just fodder.
