5-1, but none of those games are major bowls.

It's easy to beat up on the dregs of the college football world.

Neither aTm nor Mizzou have competed in their first SEC game, therefore 5-1, no asterisk.

Top to bottom it was the best conference, no one disputes this.

Sec had the best Top 2.
PAC 12 had the best Top 3.
Big 12 had the best Top 4 and on.

Good year for them. Next year's Big 12 bowls will be interesting by comparison. Both Mizzou and TAMU won their bowls. Will their replacements do the same next year?

No they didn't. LSU, Bama, Arky, Georgia > Ok. St, Oklahoma, Kansas St. and Baylor. If you want to say top 6 then I would still take the SEC over BIG 12.

True. They may not have been bowl eligible had they played in the SEC this year.

Just ignore Zamoro when it comes to college football conference discussions. His hatred of all things is SEC is quite amusing.......Though I do acknowledge many SEC fans are iriitating and probably do drive outsiders to hatred.
