Need Sensation Salad dressing recipe

From River Roads (I):
1/2 lb finely ground Romano cheese
1 pint salad oil
juice of 2 lemons
juice of 3 cloves of garlic
Shake all ingredients together. Add salt & pepper to taste.
I actually just use about 1/2 tsp of very finely minced garlic instead of the garlic juice, but you have to use fresh garlic--do not use jarred garlic.

- 1/2 Cup veg oil
- 1/2 Cup olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced & mashed
- 2 Tablespoons white vinegar
- salt, black pepper and garlic powder to taste
- 2 Tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 Cup grated Romano
Mix well
- 1/2 Cup veg oil
