Upcoming Bama fan encounter

Just got to my girlfriend's sister's house way the eff in Der Ridder. Right as we're pulling up, she tells me, for the first time "My brother in law is a huge Alabama fan". We took her car so I can't go to a hotel or drive back home. To make matters even better, this parish doesn't sell alcohol on Sundays, because its apparently 1850.
My question is this: he isn't home yet, so what should my first words to him be? Im thinking "9-6, Forrest"

Don't even mention the game until he brings it up! When he brings it up, be oh I heard Alabama was voted in to the national championship game. Say things like, didnt we beat y'all before this year, how many times did Alabama get into scoring position in that game, is nicky really leaving for Texas. Do that or act totally clueless about Alabama football, I promise that will piss him off more!

Ignore him. If he brings it up, smile, act humble and say you like our chances. Mention how Miles is using the extra practices to get the younger players some experience/playing time. Then, smile.
