...next season. And if not next season, definitely the season after that. I'm not a Cowboys fan, but it must be nice having such a young talent with huge upside. He putting it together...putting it together...theyre putting it together....together....

What corner does he need to turn?

Does the fact that his 4th quarter rating is better than anyone over the past several years not crush the myths about him being a late game loser?

You can make Stats say whatever you want, but you cant deny how awfully unclutch he had been

If he's "awfully unclutch" then why is he the career leader in 4th quarter QB rating amongst active QBs?

Do you honestly want Romo leading your team in the 4th quarter down by 3-7 or up by 3-10 points?

I think the other guy's point is that this observation is irrelevant

QB rating doesn't necessarily indicate anything great about performance. Particularly only in the 4th quarter

Can't blame that game on Romo. After defense (which is terrible) gives up 2 scores in under 5 minutes, still gets them in field goal range in 46 seconds with no time outs.

Sure, why not?

Romo takes too much shite for being an awfully good player.

Are you confused? His whole point was that the numbers don't necessarily translate into being clutch

He makes that wide open throw an his defense never hits the field.

You know who hits that wide open pass? Clutch QBs

And Romo gets a lotta flack because he has a history of choking in big moments (Seattle, last week, this week, any playoff game against the Giants)

Im not sure whats more confusing, that he still has people that think hes a clutch QB or that a Eagles fan is defending him so hard

You said that a number which gauges performance says nothing about performance, so yes, I'm confused.

So what exactly does?

Obviously Romo has had some bonehead moments, but he seems to take a lot more flack for it than most.

There is enough bonehead moments that its more of a pattern than an anomoly

Spot on. Anti-Romo threads are for the most part comical.

Never said you made them up (but nice try)

Im just saying the stats dont add up to whats actually going on during the game.
