The lottery is one thing I actually CAN see Stern helping us out with given how many fishy coincidences there have been over the years.
The Cavs getting LeBron at #1 and then Kylie Irving at #1 with a 2011 Clippers pick comes to mind, as the odds of that Clippers pick winning were pretty low.
