Sweet potato fries. Bake or Fry?

Alot of recipes online are for baking them. Would frying them be better?

I'm not a big fan of sweet potato fries. I love them baked whole or peeled and roasted in the oven.

Baked with olive oil and seasalt. One of my favorite sides. Cook til the outside is crispy. No one likes a soggy fry.
