# of SEC teams defeated

LSU beat 9 different SEC schools this year.
I wonder if someone knows if that is a first.

I know other teams(Auburn and Alabama the last 2 years for example)have gone 13-0, but I think they both played a rematch from earlier in the season right?

I doubt it.

You play 8 automatically...then if you go to the SEC championship, there's a decent chance one of the 3 from the other division isn't in the SEC championship.

Off the top of my head, the last 2 years produced a rematch correct?

The only other team would be Tennessee in 1998.
I'd have to look that one up, but I am lazy.

Yes beating 10 sec teams (whether or not they are the same team or different teams) will be a first.

Alabama-UF in '09 was not a rematch.

LSU Tenn in 07 also wasn't rematch

but we last two games nvm

Most recent team to win against 9 diffeent teams in the SEC was Bama '09.
