With OSU blowing out OU and Clemson beating Virginia Tech, how do you think this impacts the BCS standings?

Would be nice to get a more informed opinion than your average rantard.

He'll be around ... perhaps tomorrow ... there was someone else pretty good too. Had a Clemson logo ... wish I could remember who.

Its all on the voters now. As long as both of these scores hold up. We will see what they do.

all depends on the human voters. OSU needs at least 25% of #2 human votes to jump bama. (per matt)

Its the perfect storm for sure.

With Clemson getting Va Tech out of the way Oklahoma State is going to most likely become a consensus #2 in all the computers, meaning they will need 26% or more of the voters to put them ahead of Bama to jump them.

It really will be the closest finish between #2 and #3 in the final standings ever if this holds up. Every single ballot is going to count tomorrow.

Voters are the wildcard. Not looking good for Bama right now I would think.

LSU will be 1 and OU will be 2 in all the computers. Bama will be 3

That means
LSU: 1.000
OSU: 0.95
Bama: 0.93

So OSU needs to get a good number of those 2 votes and all the rest of the 3

If OSU gets 25% of the 2nds and 75% of the 3rds, and Bama gets 75% of the 2nds and 25% of the 3rds OSU gets in

ETA: I got it backwards, it's actually:
OSU .9367
Bama .9433

OSU needs 38% in both polls and all of the computers to have them at 2 to get in

OSU: .9401
Bama: .9399

Everything bad that could happen to Bama is happening:

Houston losing
Oklahoma St. piling it on
Virginia Tech losing

That basically puts OSU at #3 in all polls at least

Sorry but I'm lost, but how does Clemson winning help Bama?

Funny, the Admin is "this" close to closing the thread because all anyone is doing is whining about the chances of Bama getting in are getting cut and not talking about the game.

Well why the hell else would a Bama fan be watching that game, for the football entertainment value alone? What a douche.

Those who aren't are in the land of Denial. The SEC rant is pretty funny right now, too.
