...I still think the OSU has a lot of work to do first in beating OU. That is a lot to ask.

But while everyone is speculating on who should play LSU, the excuses being used for OSU's loss to Iowa State is troublesome in that many are blaming the plane crash as a possible distraction. While the death of those onboard the plane is horrific, OSU still should have been able to take care of business. That's what champions do. Take LSU for example.

LSU had its share of distractions too. Without JJ and RS? No problem, we will just dismantle last year's runner up. Suspend three more guys later in the season? Ok, let's destroy the defending champions.

I think OSU was unfortunate that they didn't take Iowa State seriously...and paid the price...

I think OSU will beat Oklahoma and they might do it with double digit.

I think a LSU-OSU game would be better, because when people look back on this season, they'll be able to say that LSU beat the PAC 12 champ, the Big 12 champ, the Big East Champ (if WVU wins the Big East that is), the SEC 2nd, 3rd, and 4th best teams. If we beat Bama again, then that doesn't add anything to the team's legacy.

Upon your rationale, bama should have taken care of business and played like champions at HOME, since they didn't, they don't deserve to be in the game

Totally my reasoning...beating bama adds nothing to the season...we already beat them

Yea they really put themselves in a bad position, it was a tragedy that they had to endure, but, Iowa State is a team that their second string should have been able to handle.

I think OSU should get to replay Iowa State and then we can disregard that first game. They are clearly the "gooder" team, they just didn't do the things they needed to do to win.
