Sealegs amphibious RIB. Damn it would be nice to just drive the boat up the ramp and under the camp or at a busy launch just park your truck and drive you boat in without having to wait your turn to back into the ramp. Plus for beach fishing/camping just drive the damn thing up onto the beach and not have to worry about tide or surf. If i win the loto i am gettin one

Pretty fricking badass, but I'm sure I could break something withing the first five minutes of use.

I thought so as well but they do use it as military/commercial so it must be fairly durable. Says it makes 6mph on land. it has a honda 24hp driving the hydraulic motors front and rear and the front uses the boat's hydraulic steering to turn while on land. They have some pretty good vidoes on the web. Most impressive was a guy driving over logs.

Kick arse, but I'd break the damn thing somehow.

I wonder if you are required to have auto insurance on it? Pretty cool boat.

Gotta laugh at all the comments on breaking shite.
I consider any fishing trip a success regardless of fish caught, if I make it home without having broken tackle or something on the boat.

This. That front axle would be bent within 2 weeks if I was driving it

Friend: "Man you think we can drive this rig to that pond back there? The reds are busting arse in it"
Me (without hesitation): "I know how to find out."
Run over big pipe thing hidden in the marsh. Front wheel gets torn off. Have to make my buddy carry the front end while I drive the back end. End up not catching shite.

I could see some coonass at Falgout driving it out of the water and cruising on home to Dr. Beatrous Rd. after hammering the specks and a case of beer then hearing about it in the arrest/DWI section of the Courier.

I gotta think this thing would make a great last island boat. I would park that bitch on the horseshoe bar while all the other 100 boats can suck it
Great surf fishing boat IMO. Main plus to me would be being able to leave the boat down at the camp without a trailer. Just park it under the camp. I could see someone trolling for hookers at the oil man's rodeo in one of those.

One of these in the hands of a cajun down here would result in a lot of "hold my beer and watch this". And most of the time sans the "hold my beer" part.
