jesus christ, some people here are ridiculous. we started taking requests for bowl game, national title game, and SEC championship game weeks ago. just because they're making students put in requests before they're in doesn't mean they're assuming anything.

yeah an email was sent out for requests for ALL bowl games one of which happened to be the national championship...we didn't send out an email about being in the championship game which this assumes

We started taking requests for ALL post season games. I don't think they sent out an email for students to request BCS NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP GAME TICKETS.

uh, we currently have a separate request for the sugar bowl, a separate request for the BCS title game, and had another separate request for the SEC title game. we didn't make a blanket request for all postseason games. and requests went out for SEC championship game tickets long before the Arkansas game. This is nothing more than some fans trying to make something out of nothing.

Season ticket holders did receive one.
I believe students haven't even received request forms for the postseason.

well that may be true, but i don't know why people are "offended" that alabama is making their students simply make a request should they make the game. they prob don't want every student making a request on selection sunday at the same time. if they don't make it, their requests don't matter. it's not like they offered students to buy tickets already.
