The only thing I can think of is that it's because he's a RS freshman.
But that shouldn't matter. The guy is unconscious with his punts.
I talked to his mom and dad yesterday when we were at the top of the hill when the players got off the bus.
So cool. His parents are so freaking cool. She said Brad told her in practice, there was a little breeze, but that he punted from one end zone and it landed just before the other endzone. The special team players joked with him and said, "Damn, man. We're fast but shite..... "

But his parents are so freaking cool. They just moved here 3 weeks ago. His mom had her fingernails painted in gold and black stripes for the Saints.

Sorry to be repetitive.
She said that Brad's younger brother, like you said, goes to Parkview. Both are cool. She said they've been "going back and forth" until they moved. That's not like going from Lafayette to Baton Rouge. You have to admire that.
R. Randle's family was right there too. They were nice as well.

It's a shame Wing isn't a finalist. There isn't another punter in the country that is as well known as Wing is. The kid has performed great in the biggest games of the season

Because they will give him the Heisman Trophy instead. And instead of the traditional runner with the ball and arm out... it will be a bronze figure of him with his swagger pose from the flordia game. It will forever be known as the Brad Wing award instead of the Heisman.
