Anybody ever ordered from WhoAreYaDesigns?

I ordered 2 shirts over a month ago and my PayPal was charged for the order. The shirts never came.
I went on the site and looked at my previous transactions, zilch. I contacted customer support about my order, and got a reply saying there was a "glitch in the system" and my order was cancelled. They then asked me to check to see if my account was ever refunded.
I login to my PayPal and, lo and behold, I was given a refund just today. So I guess they were gonna keep my money until I brought it to their attention. I told the rep I wouldn't be re-sending my order and why.
Sucks, cause they got some good stuff on that site.

I've ordered from them multiple times. Never had a problem and got my merch pretty fast. Sucks for you.

Well, I really just complained to see if they might send me a free shirt. 
If not I'll probably wait a few weeks and order again.

I doubt there was any ill intent on their part. I love the designs from there, and the shirts I've ordered from them are pretty good quality.

Just be patient. I had the same problem...I ordered my Super Frank shirt from there and had to call em when I never got it. They said it was on the way and had awesome customer service. Some chick picked up and just chatted it up with me about Chelsea and the squad and matches etc. Very cool, but yes, very slow. I guess the A+ customer service eased the delay a little.
