Char Grilled Oyster Dressing

1. planning on char grilling or smoking oysters, bacon, and sausage on big green egg
2. dumping in butter/garlic sauce before adding to the base.
3. then baking parmisan on top
4. boom goes the dynamite.

just smoked a quart of oysters in the butter/garlic sauce....may have to go buy some more tomorrow....unreal.

Are you smoking them on half shell or directly on grate? Do you use the plate setter? I've been wanting to smoke oysters on my BGE.

shucked. put em in a pie tin with butter, garlic, and spices. will complete the dressing today.

i will be doing this more often.
