Bayou Hot Wings

Anyone ever tried Bayou Hot Wings on Claiborne? I was thinking about maybe getting some wings tonight and wanted to try a new place. I'm just not that big a fan of WOW

Been there several times. Sometimes the wings are a little soggy by the time I get home with them but other than that they are great. The sauces are supposedly homemade and really good.

Best wings in nola. I like the bayou sweet heat flavor but you could go up on heat if you like it hot. Ranch and blue cheese is homemade and delicious.

Place is really good. Like one poster said, sometime they can be really messy/oversauced and soggy, but that's only happened to me once out of the 7 or 8 times I've gotten them.
