Thompson/Center issues recall on Venture Rifles

All TC Ventures made prior to October 28, 2011 recalled. They are saying that the gun could fire without a trigger pull (ala Remington 700) due to the sear not being manufactured to specification. Just providing a heads up to anyone who may have one.

strangely, some of the serials they are recalling were still manufactured before that date, so I would check their website to see if your serial is on the recall list
