You're putting way much stock into the words of a fight song written 100 years ago.
There's not a single Ag under 60 that still thinks a successful football season just means beating tu.
If anything, they should be worried about us. Our athletic department is kicking their's arse the last 3-4 years. 8 national championships since 2008
