Boone Pickens character assassination of Les Miles.

Being a billionaire and supporting your team is cool as hell but Pickens' snide remarks and backhanded compliments are going overboard. It has gotten to the point where their entire fan base calls into question Mile's character. I dont mind them calling Les crazy or an idiot, but to question Miles' character and integrity is wrong and it needs to stop beginning with Pickens.

I don't remember exactly all the ins and outs of how he handled the situation with oklahoma st when he left there to come to lsu, but from the very little i've heard from their fans, i think they felt like he lied to them and said he hadn't talked to lsu (every coach does this when they're taking a new job) and felt like he was dishonest to them about everything.

One year I took my son to a basketball camp in Stillwater. It was a bush league university in the worst college town I ever seen. Who could blame Miles or anyone else wanting to get the hell out?

No need to look to Pickens and OSU fans. Miles goes 10-0 for the first time in decades and LSU fans get their panties in a wad because he doesn't start Lee. We are plenty good at criticizing Miles without outside help. There are times that I think success is the worst thing that can happen for the LSU fan base.

The beauty of this issue is that if we do actually end up playing Oklahoma State, all that school yard bullshite talk will not mean a dam thing once they step on the field with the Tigers..... They will fall by the wayside like the rest of the Tiger beaten teams, crying about turnovers and penalties....blah blah blah!!!!
