BCS homers like ESPN always claim that the current system is better than playoff since every week matters. If so, then all the rematch talk should be tossed out the window. LSU fans should speak with one voice on this and start posting on ESPN, CBS, etc. with facts to say that we have or will have played a crazy schedule and the media should not predetermine the opponent.

This does not serve as a pretense for this:

Almost everyone hates the BCS and wishes there was a playoff.

Fo realz?

I don't know who you've been listening to, but very few media people I've heard want to see a rematch between Bama and LSU. They talk about it because it's a possibility, and they need crap to fill dead air. But you could tell the Monday after the game that there weren't enough points scored in that game for anybody to want to see it twice.

Also, media doesn't have a vote on who gets to the BCS anyway. So I'm not sure how they can predetermine anything.
