good job. Jay "Butthurt" Barker just doesn't get it. I don't understand how 4 missed field goals by Alabama > 2 made field goals by LSU.

Atleast we kinda sorta actually got into the endzone a couple times.. one was a minor step out of bounds and the other was RR just missing a TD catch.

Our offense got us close enough that we didn't have to attempt 40 yard+ field goals. Just my way of thinking, but wouldn't that make us better? Our defense held them to long field goals and offense ran enough on their d to get easy fg? Oh well...

Obviously, you didn't watch the game. We, actually outrushed Bama and Richardson. More importantly, Bama never got close enough to the endzone to kick a normal field goal. Bottom line: like Jim Rome says - look at the scoreboard 9-6. LSU is better than Bama. There should be NO rematch. Bama got beat in their house, on their field and in front of their fans.

If 9 to 6 is the best they can do at Bryant Denny I surely know what we can do to Bama in New Orleans or TS.

31 rushing yards in the second half for Bama. Ain't gonna win many games like that.

True.

I believe Saban is the reason Bama lost. It's not like they had Morten Andersen kicking FGs for them. Perhaps a better call from those distances would have been pooch punts, play field position (it was a field position game) and make LSU go 80+ yards vs a very good Bama defense in Tuscaloosa. Saban put his players in a position to fail. Nick Saban lost the game.

Actually, they did but we pushed them back. They had 17 plays inside the 30 for -12 yards. They should have attempted their field goals on first down.

31 rushing yards in the second half of a 3-3 game when controlling the clock should be a major strategy - 24 of those yards on Richardson's big run at the beginning of the 4th.

12 plays inside the 30 for -17 yards. Our defense locked down when they got near the Red Zone. Funny, because Bama fans were touting before the game how bad our Red Zone defense was.

IF JJ doesn't make a bad pass on that throw to Shep or if he sees him earlier, that is a Touchdown.

Ford had an easy score in OT but stepped out untouched.

I wonder how Bama fans would feel if we won 12-6 in OT instead of 9-6?

This is getting out of control.
