The truth about JJ this game

He played well, him at quarterback was our only shot at moving the ball, but some of you hate him so much you can't see that. He was pretty good throwing it. Some of you say a late ball to RS10 wasted a scoring opportunity. Were we watching the same game I could of sworn RR2 dropped a TD pass. Stopping and just be happy for him and the Tigers.

I thought it was just a bit out of reach despite efforts

Truth? I'm glad he was on the roster. Otherwise, we're probably 8-1 today (which is pretty good).

JL has thrown plenty "just a bit out of reach" passes and the anti-JJ group pounced on the receivers for dropping those balls. There is a double standard on this board. No doubt that ball could've been easier for RR to catch but at the same time it would've been easier for the DB to get to also. That ball should've been caught. Not saying JJ played lights out or anything but he deserves his due for his performance in this game against the stingiest defense in the country.

JJ = Fearless. JL plays scared. In a game like this JJ better than a JL or an AJ. But against lesser D's JL is more effective and will continue to be. Glad we had JJ for this game, give him the start against WKU. But JJ can only grind and will keep games that have no business being close just that.

Let's just be glad we've got two QBs like JJ & JL to lead the team - and drop this subject or "controversy" once and for all time! Otherwise I am saying all who keep this going are just... :beatdeadhorse:
