Wow, I remember delivering building supplies to that camp for my summer job in college. I knew the owner and his son. They were both huge dicks. That is an amazing property though.

You've got 30 yrs from the date of closing, in monthly payments of roughly $20,000 that'll give you 48% stake

I'll have to adopt about 20 kids with strong backs. I think they could pull in 1k/month a piece for me. They have any water melon or pumpkin patches on the property?
